2. General Refund Principles
Due to the customized nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below:
Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
Once project work has started, only partial refunds may be considered
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method
3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund if:
Cancellation request is made before project kickoff
No resources have been assigned
No work has been initiated
✅ Partial Refund (After Work Starts)
A partial refund may be granted if:
Work has started but major milestones are not completed
Cancellation is requested during early stages
Expenses incurred by CodeReveals will be deducted
Refund amount will be determined based on:
Work completed
Time invested
Third-party costs (domains, hosting, APIs, tools, etc.)
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
Project milestones have been approved
Final deliverables have been provided
Client delays caused project cancellation
Change of mind after work completion
Services involving digital marketing campaigns already executed
Custom software delivered as per agreed specifications
4. Subscription & Recurring Services
For monthly services (maintenance, hosting, marketing, etc.):
Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
No refunds for partially used billing periods
Services will continue until the end of the paid period
5. Third-Party Costs
Payments made toward third-party services are non-refundable, including:
Domain registrations
Hosting fees
Software licenses
Paid APIs
Advertising spend
6. Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned. In such cases:
No refund will be issued
Project may be closed
Reactivation may require additional charges
